Our weekly Children’s Martial Arts class offers a friendly and supportive environment that emphasizes the development of confidence, self-control, and respect for oneself and others, while also teaching effective self-defence skills that hopefully will never need to be used.
Prospective students can attend two free trial sessions to determine if the class is suitable for them and whether they enjoy it. Private sessions are also available.
